I believe we each have an innate wisdom that can help guide us through challenges in life. At times we may lose our connection to this inner instinct and voice. As we learn to adapt to trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, and relationship distress, we can find ourselves straying further away from our values and at a loss for how to find fulfillment in our intimate relationships and in our lives. Turning inward, with compassion, acceptance, and mindfulness can help us redefine our way. This process of looking deeply into ourselves, in the context of a supportive relationship, has the potential to enhance and accelerate the process of healing and growth.
