Finding calm, beginning your journey in healing YOU
In-person in Davis & Online throughout California
Constant feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. Keeps you frozen still.
Life doesn’t look the way you expected it to.
Your world is buzzing with all the possibilities of what you could be doing, but you get stuck in overwhelm, fear, and worry.
“Others make it look so much easier, I’m always feeling exhausted, stuck, restless, or worse I crash in helplessness”
“I struggle so much, some days it's hard to get out of bed. And no one in my life seems to understand what I am experiencing”
Anxiety not only affects an individual, but also relationships, friendships, intimate partner relationships, coworkers, children, and family. It can affect our decisions in life, in how we view the world. You may have noticed that you have lots of ideas of what you want to do in your life with work, relationships, or personal goals, but always find yourself stuck. Having a lack of momentum, some days are easier than others. There’s a constant flood of emotions that you battle every day. Like a sailor in a storm, today was another battle on the high seas.
Tomorrow may or may not be another storm to weather, but weathering that storm with a professional can make all the difference.
Imagine what your life could look like if you were able to create the change you did not know you were craving.
What if relationships became easier to have?
What if that was the promotion you wanted, and you finally got it?
What if that feeling of constantly being exhausted and overwhelmed was reduced or gone?
