Licensed Clinician Job Description
Three Figs Counseling, a group private practice in Davis, is looking for dedicated psychotherapists to join our growing group. Our office is located virtually.
Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of California with 1-year post-independent licensure experience (preferred), preferably with private practice experience (but not required). Therapists must have a niche(s) (adolescents, young adults, couples, families, trauma, EMDR, EFT, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community.
Three Figs Counseling provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, and collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group. The candidate will be W2 employee status. Currently, clinicians are working remotely.
We provide:
- A steady stream of referrals
- Pay is $65/clinical hour, $24/non-clinical hour
- 401K benefits
- Medical, dental, and vision positions to full-time staff
- A medical biller coordinates insurance claims
- An assistant manages client referral calls and scheduling
- Individual consultation with our Clinical Director
- Onboarding training and support
- Niche building and coaching to grow and attract your ideal clients
- Weekly group case consultation
- Monthly staff meetings
- Sick Leave time
- Bonuses (marketing and blogging required to receive bonus)
- A phone stipend provided
- Work-from-home stipend provided

Requirements are:
- Current State of California license as an LCSW, LMFT or LPCC
- Willing to work 35 hours per week (Full-time position)
- Must have a private space to provide telehealth sessions
- Minimum 1-year post-independent licensure (preferred)
- Niche(s) such as adolescents, young adults, couples, families, trauma, EMDR, EFT, etc.
- Prior private practice experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time (minimum 20-22 client hours per week, plus non-clinician hours
All positions are remote. We meet frequently through virtual meetings.
Associate Clinician Job Description

Requirements include being provisionally licensed in the State of California with an APCC, AMFT, ACSW, or similar, preferably with private practice experience (but not required). Therapists must have niche(s) ideas or interests (adolescents, young adults, couples, families, trauma, EMDR, EFT, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community.

- Prior private practice experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time (minimum of 15-18 client hours per week, plus non-clinical hours).

- Master’s or Doctorate degree
Required license:
- California Clinical licensure (required for Licensed Clinician position)
- Clinical Psychologist, LMFT, LPCC or LCSW in state of California
- Registered with a provisional license in state of California as a ASW, AMFT.
